CD Orders are dispatched either on the day of receipt or the next
business day after, depending on the time of receipt. Orders are sent by
Royal Mail first class post in the UK, and by Royal Mail Small Packet Air
Mail outside the UK. Orders outside the UK can take up to three weeks to
reach their destination although Royal mail aim to deliver to the country of
destination in no more than 5 business days.
For countries outside the European Union, a customs declaration is fixed to the package. An import duty charge may be made by the customs authority in the country of destination. Examination by customs may delay delivery.
Paintings are dispatched in a flat condition with suitable packaging to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Each painting is insured against loss or damage. As each painting is a unique work of art, it will not be possible to reproduce an exact copy in the event of loss or damage.
Due to the wide range of monitor calibrations and photographic limitations, colours and tones in the actual paintings may differ slightly in the original from the image displayed on the Internet.
